Reporting workplace incidents is vital for safety and legal protection. This training introduces the internal incident review process for Goddard.

Topics include:

• Role of incident reports and their significance
• Formatting and mechanics of incident reports
• How to wrote appropriate, detailed content 

To receive training credit and a certificate of completion:

• Cameras must be on and facing you. If your camera is not working, please notify the facilitator. Participants without an active camera will not receive a certificate.
• Active participation is required. Our trainings are interactive and require engagement throughout the session.
• Late arrivals: Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will not receive credit.
• Individual registration is required. Each participant must register through Corsizio to receive a certificate. Sharing a screen without registering will not qualify for credit.
• Please keep your microphone muted unless speaking or participating in discussion.
